The Outremer waitlist is managed by Marko Matošević (OUTREMER). For privacy requests, contact privacy@playoutremer.com.

What we collect

If you join, we store your email address, chosen subscriptions, confirmation dates and consent record. We use them to send the release news or development updates you request. Your subscription becomes active only after you confirm your email.

Your choices

Development updates are optional. Every update includes an unsubscribe link that removes your email address from both lists. You can also ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint with your data protection authority.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed requests are removed after 7 days. Release-only subscriptions are removed within 3 months after the actual launch. Newsletter subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit abuse.

Hosting and email delivery

Hostinger hosts the website and private mailing records. Titan delivers the emails. The hosting provider processes connection information, such as IP addresses and browser requests, to serve and secure the website. We do not sell the list, use advertising cookies, or track email opens.

Founder payments

Founder sales are currently closed. Payment privacy and purchase terms will be published before sales open.
